ONLINE Class schedule

This Year i will... 

ONLINE CLASSES

Join me for a 30 minute workout from your home!

Schedule, class times and descriptions available below. Sessions run from Monday, May 30 to Thursday, June 30,  2022.
Register by sending an email to Wendy (wendy4fitness@hotmail.com) to confirm what classes you are planning to participate in.  Once your email is received, you will receive a link to ZOOM, a free online platform, that will be used for your month of classes.

All classes can be done with or without equipment.  Options will be provided for both pending what you have available to you at home. 
**These classes are a combination (weekend mash up) of the Monday and Wednesday format.


In-person classes will begin again in September.   Pop up outdoor bootcamp (total body conditioning/hiit) will be announced.

Virtual Pricing:
Option 1) DROP IN - $8.00 class (incl. HST)

Option 2) REGISTRATION - $27.12  (incl. HST) for each four week session, pre-paid by Sunday at 6 p.m.

BODY BLAST

Compound exercises (multiple muscle groups) are chosen for an efficient and intense total body conditioning.
 
This functional workout will stimulate your body for muscular strength and endurance response.  By moving quickly there will be a cardio component as well.
 
​This workout is suitable for everyone!

Alternate between periods of moderate to high intensity effort (H.I.T.T.) with periods of either active or passive rest.  
 
It has less to do with what you're doing and more to do with the intensity of what you are doing.
 
Equipment is optional.

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.  Pilates moves tend to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well.

TRX
​(STRENGTH TRAINING)

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. 

TRX suspension straps are required for this workout.
