ONLINE CLASSES

.Join me for a workout from your home!

See below for a list of 30 minute online classes.   Session runs from Monday, January 4 to Friday, January 29, 2021.  

​Class times and descriptions available below.

Register for the month by sending an email to Wendy (wendy4fitness@hotmail.com) and let her know what classes you are planning to participate in.  Once your email is received, you will receive a link to ZOOM, a free online user platform, that will be used for your month of classes.

​All classes can be done with or without equipment.  Options will be provided for both pending what you have available to you at home.

Pricing:
Option 1) DROP IN - $6.78 per class (incl. HST)

Option 2) Register for one class weekly/month - $22.60 (incl. HST)

Option 3)  Register for two classes weekly/month - $45.20 (incl. HST)

Option 4) - Register for three classes weekly/month  - $67.80 (incl. HST)

BODY BLAST
​(TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING) 

Wednesday Evening
6:00pm - 6:30pm

Compound exercises (multiple muscle groups) are chosen for an efficient and intense total body conditioning.
 
This functional workout will stimulate your body for muscular strength and endurance response.  By moving quickly there will be a cardio component as well.
 
​This workout is suitable for everyone!

H.I.T.T.
​ (INTERVAL TRAINING)

​Monday Evening
6:00pm - 6:30pm

Alternate between periods of moderate to high intensity effort (H.I.T.T.) with periods of either active or passive rest.  
 
It has less to do with what you're doing and more to do with the intensity of what you are doing.
 
Equipment is optional.

Thursday Evening
6:00pm - 6:30pm

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.  Pilates moves tend to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well.
